About Us

T'Pring R. Westbrook, PhD

T’Pring R. Westbrook is an applied researcher and educator who is especially passionate about translating research findings into practical guidance for practitioners and policymakers. She holds a BA in mass media from Hampton University and a PhD in early childhood development from the University of Maryland, College Park. When not explicitly obsessing about data, T’Pring is implicitly preoccupied with data in her roles as an adjunct associate professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus, an elementary school classroom teacher for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, and a research and evaluation consultant. T’Pring lives in Maryland with her wonderful husband, awesome teenaged son, and two spoiled dogs.

Allison K. Holmes, PhD

Allison K. Holmes is a developmental scientist whose 20-plus-year career has focused on actionable research benefiting those in the community. As a thought partner to nonprofits, researchers, and others, she supports their building evidence and data-informed storytelling. Her most meaningful days happen when partners express and grow in their love of learning and data. Allison currently works in philanthropy and as a research and evaluation consultant. She received a BA in psychology from the University of Notre Dame and a PhD in human development from the University of Maryland, College Park. Allison lives in Maryland with her two fantastic sons and three lively cats.
